HANDS UP! EXPO Volunteer Opportunities and Sign Up Form
Like most successful events, our Hands-Up! EXPO could not happen without volunteer support. It will take over a hundred
dedicated volunteers to ensure that the Hands-Up! EXPO event runs smoothly. You, your family, your company and friends can play a vital
role in its success. A descriptive listing of volunteer positions is listed below.

GREETERS

• Greet people at main door and direct
them to booths, mobile display and seminars, provide “Opportunity
Flyer Bag” and Show Directory to all attendees.
• Collect Food items and Free Will Offering |
REGISTRATION
|
• Register exhibitors
• Distribute
and collect trivia contest sheets
• Instruct the
attendees on the rules and prizes for the contest |
CORPORATE "AISLE MONITOR" TEAMS
|
• Team of 10 Including Team Leader
• Choose an aisle and assist exhibitors when they need to take a break or need more help in their booth
|
LUNCH MONITORS AND NUTRITION BREAK MONITORS
|
• Monitor quantities at coffee breaks
•
Keep tidy/Clean-up |
HANDS UP! BOOTH
|
• To staff the Hands Up! booth providing
info and resources
• To staff the trivia contest
game and entry collection |
EVALUATION COLLECTORS

• To set up, promote and collect comment/feedback
forms |
BOOTH SET UP / CLEAN UP
|
• To assist in collecting, tidying and removing
loose materials from anywhere in the Expo
• Help set up and take down booths |
NETWORKING EVENTS AND ENTERTAINMENT

• A team to oversee all aspects of the
Expo arts & culture stage, wine & cheese event and
exhibitor "Oktoberfest" party
• The team will be
setting up and cleaning up |
